Ralston Hinge Project
The Ralston Hinge Project is a new economic and real estate development plan to rejuvenate and enhance the area between Downtown Ralston and the 72nd Street corridor. The vision of the project is to create a walkable, urbanized area that attracts new business and patrons with quality residential units, parks, retail spaces, restaurants, and office buildings.
I See It Ventures, Inc. is thrilled to be an integral part of the Hinge project through our purchase of the old Ralston Granary site near 74th & Main Street. We plan to rehabilitate, restore and protect the historical character of the Granary building and enhance the site with new missing-middle housing and public use spaces. As a part of the Granary project, Gordon Whitten is investing $2 million in a new Business Accelerator and Venture Fund, a program that provides up and coming companies with Venture Capital Investment, guidance and support. As a leader in business and technology development, our goal is to introduce at least 10 new businesses to the area and create additional jobs.
The full redevelopment plan for the site will be announced later this summer. We look forward to driving economic development and new prosperity for the city of Ralston.
