What it is

A working applied-AI hub with a coworking space inside it.

Gravity AI Lab exists for the people in the Omaha metro actually working with AI, the founder building an AI-native product, the operator integrating it into a growing company, the small-business owner figuring out which workflows to automate first.

Gravity AI Lab combines a 24/7 workspace, 1:1 mentorship with Gordon Whitten, monthly hands-on workshops, a bimonthly speaker series, members-only demo days, partner access at member rates, and a pathway to investment through I See It Ventures, oriented around getting your AI work and your business better. Lease a desk; add the Mentorship Program for the rest.

A serial entrepreneur with more than 30 years of building businesses out of Nebraska. Gordon founded Sojern (now a global travel-advertising platform headquartered in San Francisco) and ItsDeductible (acquired by Intuit), and has gone on to launch six companies, raise over $50M in capital, and create hundreds of jobs along the way. Today he runs I See It Ventures and is the lead investor and developer behind the Granary District, where Gravity is based.

Bring whatever's on your plate: strategy, operations, fundraising, hiring, growth, your AI roadmap, the hard call you've been putting off. The conversation goes where your business needs it to go.

The mentorship alone is worth it, I've made more progress on AI in two months than I had in the previous six on my own.

The neighborhood

A growing district on Main Street.

Gravity sits at the center of one of the Omaha metro's fastest-changing blocks. Apartment construction kicks off early 2026, with roughly 700 new homes coming to Main Street by 2028, bringing residents, foot traffic, and a real neighborhood around the building.

Members get in before the area is finished growing. Closer to a ground-floor lease than a stop on the rent ladder.
