What it is

Gravity AI Lab is a working applied-AI hub with a coworking space inside it, built for the people in the Omaha metro who are actually working with AI. That includes the founder building an AI-native product, the operator integrating it into a growing company, and the enterprise team standing up an AI program. Membership pairs a 24/7 workspace with 1:1 mentorship, monthly hands-on workshops, a speaker series every two months, members-only demo days, and partner access, all backed by I See It Ventures.

Who it’s for

01

AI-native founders

Building a product with AI at its core, and looking for a place to work and a mentor to talk through hard calls.

03

Small & mid-sized businesses

Running a real business such as a clinic, firm, manufacturer, or retailer that knows AI matters.

04

Enterprise AI teams

Leading an AI initiative inside a larger company and wanting a presence in the Omaha metro.
