“Economic Opportunity Zone” to help redevelop Ralston’s Hinge

Ralston’s Hinge Project is a key Opportunity Zone of focus for redevelopment. I See It Ventures is leveraging the Economic Opportunity Zone program to enhance the Old Ralston Granary and introduce new residential, retail, businesses and jobs to the area. Gordon Whitten, CEO of I See It Ventures, says “It’s in the center of the redevelopment area so if we can restore this iconic building and turn it into a revenue generating and profitable facility, it’s also going to be iconic, it’s also going to draw people to us.” KMTV Channel 3 explains more on the project in this article.
